There is no formal definition, but the main ingredients are&nbsp;a structure <em>C <\/em>(often a category) with underlying \u201chomotopy category\u201d ho<em>C<\/em>,&nbsp; additional operations or properties describable in <em>C <\/em>but not in ho<em>C<\/em>, but with values in ho<em>C. <\/em>Examples include homotopy limits and colimits, differentials in spectral sequences, and more \u2013 these will be explained as time permits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear all, The colloquium returns in an online format (via ZOOM).
